1.One Dancer roster should be filled out for each routine with appropriate dances marked!
2.A separate Competition Registration Regional Entry Form should be filled out for each routine.
3.One Convention Registration Form should be filled out per studio
4.Competition Entry Forms, Competition Fees, Convention Entry Forms and Convention Fees must be submitted at te same time. Pease submit one check for the total Convention tuition, and a separate check for the total Competition Entry Fees
5.All entries must be postmarked 30 days prior to the event. Late entries or those needing changes and/or additions after the 30 day deadline will require an additional $10 per entry. Absolutely no changes in entries will be allowed two weeks prior to the event.
6.Entries are accepted on a first come/first serve basis and are limited to performance time availability. Fire and Ice reserves the right to refuse any application at any time for any reason.
7.There will be a $30 charge on returned checks for whatever reason.
8.Confirmations, competition schedules, and tape labels will be mailed out approximately one to two weeks prior to the event.
9.Admission is free for all spectators, family and friends
Each studio, independent or dance team MUST fill out a Fire and Ice Dancer Roster complete with all dancers' names, birth dates, age and signature of legal representative. Legal representative signature is required to process entries.
The Dancer roster should be photocopied as many times as the number of studio entries being submitted. When filling out the entry for each routine, must check the names of the dancers that are in that routine on a photocopy of the Dancer Roster. Attach that roster with appropriate names marked to the associated entry form.
Dancer roster must be printed or typed so that it is legible and filled out completely. All dancers' names will be printed in our beautiful regional program books.
Any studio not completing a correct and completed dancer roster, their names will not be included in the souvenir program book.
Rosters Must be submitted at same time as entries. This dancer roster will save you, the studio owner, time while filling out entry forms.
All entries, changes, or additions made after the deadline of the competition the studio will be attending will not appear in the dancer roster printed in the program book.
