ALL DANCERS in  the solo division will receive individual award medallions while dancers in the duo-trio through group categories will receive only one award medallion per routine as well as colorful award pins for each dancer in the performance. Extra awards for group performers may be available for purchase at the end of each event.

At our regional events, all other awards including all Division Overalls, 1^st-5^th High Score Awards, Title Winners, Convention Scholarship Winners (when applicable) Photogenic, Costume, Choreography, etc. will receive official Fire and Ice Plaques distinguishing their placement and/or Overall Achievement. All 1^st Overall High Score winners may also receive one of the incredible cash prizes should their division meet our requirements for the award to be given. Please note that the more entries we have in each division, the greater the cash prize!

Our Regional Break the Ice winners will receive a custom crystalline diamond trophy as well as a free entry to the Fire and Ice National Finals of their choice. They will also be entered into our Break the Ice battle. Information about this NEW and exciting portion of competition is listed below.

At our National Events, adjudicated awards will be given in the same manner as Regional events while Overall Award Winners will receive a Trophy or Plaque. All Division Overall Winners and Title Winners as well as the Break the Ice Winner will receive Trophies. All National Overall Winners will also receive National cash prizes.

On both the Regional and National Levels, cash prizes will only be awarded in categories containing the required amount of entries. Fire & Ice International Talent Competition may substitute Gift Certificates for Cash Awards when necessary. Soloists, when competing two or more solos, may only place once in the high score rankings. All ties for High Score are broken by the judges.

We will also give 3 Studio awards at each Regional Event, one for Appreciation and one for Spirit. A $250 Appreciation Gift Certificate to the Grand National Championships will be awarded to the studio that supports the competition with the greatest number of entries. We will also be awarding two Studio Spirit awards at each Regional event. One will be awarded by the stage manager to the most spirited, polite, and well-behaved studio and the other will be awarded to the studio that displays the best sportsmanship and overall spirit throughout the competition. In order to make your studio stand out to our staff, we encourage you to bring posters and decorations displaying your spirit to our event.
